Description

If useSettingsGradle, a property added to kotlin-client since v6.5.0, is set to true, API changes will not be reflected with the ./gradlew openApiGenerate command.

However, it works fine for the first code generation.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with a kotlin-client configuration that sets useSettingsGradle to true, then run ./gradlew openApiGenerate after changing the API definition. Trace the generation entry point and compare the first generation with the update; done means subsequent API changes are reflected in generated output.
