Build error message:
Build was configured to prefer settings repositories over project repositories but repository 'maven' was added by build file 'network/build.gradle'

Suggest a fix

Like omitGradleWrapper, add a flag that can be omitted as needed.

Start by inspecting the generated module/build.gradle and the network/build.gradle references in the report, then compare their repository configuration with the existing omitGradleWrapper option. Determine how a generator flag could omit the problematic repositories block, and verify that the generated Kotlin Android Gradle build no longer reports the settings-repository error when the option is used.
