Description
When not using Retrofit,RxJava, kotlin generator make code that wrapped withContext(Dispatchers.IO){…}.
But when using org.jetbrains.kotlinx:kotlinx-coroutines-test, repository classs shoud use TestDispatcher that have virtual time management.

it would be nice that Api class have ctor argument ioDispatcher with default value Dispatchers.IO.
