Description

The CustomHttpParameterCodec is no longer required. The bug is fixed in Angular 14
with this PR https://github.com/angular/angular/pull/45111
and also released in Angular 14.0.0 https://github.com/angular/angular/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#http-2
