[BUG][TYPESCRIPT] typescript-axios: all attributes are optional and parameter names are enquoted

Description

When i use the 'typescript-axios' generator, every attribute of all my models are enquoted and optional.
I tried it out with the 'typescript-rxjs' generator, with this the quotes disappeared but all of my attributes still were optional.

Start with the typescript-axios and typescript-rxjs generator outputs and the configuration shown in the issue, then compare the generated model declarations with the expected result in the screenshots. Done means model attributes are no longer optional and generated parameter names are not unnecessarily quoted.
