Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Not having support to build gradle project from openapi-generator forces people to use maven build for the systems that they are generating from open api generator.

Describe the solution you'd like

Having support to build a gradle Spring server project from openapi-generator cli would be very much helpful.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Creating a maven project and copying the files and dependencies to the gradle project. But this would be too manual to be effective.

Research direction

Start with the openapi-generator CLI's existing Spring server generation and compare the Maven project output with the Gradle project structure requested here. Identify the generator entry point and related templates or tests, then define done as generating a Spring server project that builds successfully with Gradle without the manual Maven-to-Gradle copying described in the issue.
