Research direction

Start with the generated Angular package.json and reproduce the dependency conflict using Angular 13, TypeScript 4.4.2 or newer, and the tsickle constraint described in the report. Confirm that the generated package can install successfully and that its declared TypeScript and tsickle versions are compatible.
