Description
Added a file to be ignored in '.openapi-generator-ignore'.
models/FileToBeIgnored.ts
The file gets ignored (not built). Yay!
The 'index.ts' files still exports the file.
export * from './FileToBeIgnored';
Leading to TS error 'Cannot find module' and project can't build. Noo!

Research direction
Reproduce the TypeScript-fetch generation with a model listed in .openapi-generator-ignore, such as models/FileToBeIgnored.ts, and inspect the generated index.ts exports. Done means ignored files are absent from the generated exports and the project builds without a "Cannot find module" error; add or locate regression coverage for this scenario.
