Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When building clients I should be able to specify the default base path easily without having to change the API specification itself.
Describe the solution you'd like
I want to be able to specify the BasePath during the generation process using command line aguements.

I spent a decent amount of time googling for a way to do this but unfortunately just kept finding other people already stuck on this.
