While running long jobs using the JobManager, it crashes while trying to download results.

We need to make the job manager more robust to these type of exceptions

Start in openeo/extra/job_management.py at run_jobs, _update_statuses, and on_job_done, then trace the download through openeo/rest/job.py and Asset.download. Reproduce or inspect the long-job result download path. Done means the JobManager no longer crashes when an incomplete response raises the reported download exception.
