how to test e2e on sepolia.
Proposed solution
Deploy a copy of OBOL on sepolia. create a minter contract, allow it to mint small amounts (100s) out of its balance to any caller while it has some to give. Give it a lot. Put this contract and faucet into the skills so people can test for free using our base-sepolia facilitator.
