Research direction

Begin at the Boundary definition in pytm/pytm.py around line 1942 and reproduce the issue with a Boundary name containing ">". Trace the generated output that produces the stdin syntax error, then verify that such names no longer cause the error and that the resulting diagram output remains valid.
