Description
Currently the procedure is documented here https://github.com/OWASP/SecurityShepherd/wiki/How-to-Create-a-Web-Shepherd-Level
This should be reviewed and investigate a way of automating a lot of this. Possibly create a page under Admin -> Module Management -> Create New Level.
