Research direction

The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by mapping Shepherd’s existing vulnerability and user-interaction flows, then determine how mitigation questions and answers should be represented and presented to developers. Done means a defined quiz flow that tests the correct mitigation for a discovered vulnerability.
