Imrpove UI for Board Candidates page

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The Board Candidates page works fine, but visually it feels a bit crowded and hard to scan.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
- Increase spacing/padding inside candidate cards
- Improve typography hierarchy
- Add better visual separation between sections
- Improve overall spacing between cards and page sections

Make the page cleaner, easier to read, and visually balanced
