Implement board members page

Right now Board page does not have proper way of showcasing year wise list of board of directors candidates.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

I suggest to implement a whole new Board page which will have yearly cards and on clicking user will be able to have a look at any year's board of directors list. (i also checked that we have only 2025's data for board members)

**Additional context**

Also i have noticed issues like on hovering over the b.o.d candidates card its messing up with the display meaning its scales the card too much, which is not subtle.

Also too much information is being conveyed which can hidden using a dropdown, whoever wishes to view it can view it by clicking on the dropdown.

Should i include these issues in this PR or create a separate one ?
