Sort dropdown UI design inconsistency in projects page

## Describe the bug

On the Projects page (`/projects`), the "Sort By" dropdown has incorrect spacing and placement, and the overall design is inconsistent with the rest of the page. It has :
- Horizontal misalignment
- Overlap with content
- Spacing Issues

## To Reproduce

1. Go to the Projects page (e.g. `nest.owasp.dev/projects` or local `/projects`).
2. Locate the "Sort By : Relevancy" control on the right, near the project list.
3. Click the "Sort By" button to open the dropdown.
