Refactor Resolver Function naming

**Describe the bug**
In the module backend/apps/github/api/internal/nodes/repository.py,we have pending todos to complete which are necessary for code maintable,readable and reliable.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'backend/apps/github/api/internal/nodes/repository.py'
2. Click on 'Change function names according to operation they perform'
