The project currently lacks a dedicated Terms of Service (ToS) page. To ensure clarity, professionalism, and transparency, I propose implementing a Terms of Service page that defines the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines for users interacting with the OWASP Nest platform.

Add proper routing to /terms-of-service.

- Adding a short summary in the footer (less detailed and not user-friendly).
- Linking to OWASP’s general Terms page (doesn’t address project-specific usage policies).
