Terms of Service Page Implementation

🔹 Description
The project currently lacks a dedicated Terms of Service (ToS) page. To ensure clarity and professionalism, I propose implementing a ToS page that defines the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines for using the platform.

🔹 Proposed Changes
Create a new TermsOfService component/page.

Include sections such as:
Introduction
Acceptance of Terms
User Responsibilities
Prohibited Activities
Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Termination of Access
Governing Law
Contact Information
Add proper routing to /terms-of-service.
Ensure a responsive and accessible design across devices.

🔹 Benefits
Provides clear rules for users interacting with the platform.
Improves trust and professionalism.
Ensures transparency and prevents misuse.
