Enable Colored Icons on Hover for Technologies Section to Improve Visual Feedback

Currently, when hovering over the technology icons, their colors remain in black and white. This results in a lack of visual feedback and doesn't utilize the recognizable brand colors of the technologies, which can affect the overall UI/UX.

### **Describe the solution you'd like**
On hover, the icons should transition from black and white to their original, respective colors. This would enhance interactivity and help users visually identify the technologies more quickly and clearly.
