Description
Per the Appendix E note and the Frontispiece guidance to log a ticket when a credit is missing from the 5.x list, I would like to request addition to the Appendix E contributors list.
Qualifying contribution: I commented on issue #3335, contributing a context change taxonomy and behavioral definitions distinguishing encoding, neutralization, and sanitization. These were endorsed by project lead Jim Manico.
