Description

Hello OWASP Team,
Congratulations on publishing ASVS v5.0.0!

I am starting the translation of the ASVS v5.0.0 into Spanish (es). This issue is intended to notify the OWASP team and community that the translation is underway and to align with the official contribution process.

I have read the CONTRIBUTING.md and will follow the recommended steps:

Fork the repository
Copy the /5.0/en folder to /5.0/es
Translate the Markdown files, preserving the exact structure, numbering, and terminology
Once complete, I will open a Pull Request targeting the v5.0.0 branch.

If anyone from the Spanish speaking community is interested in contributing, feel free to collaborate!
I will be sharing the translation progress here in this issue.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I should do or share.

Research direction

Start with CONTRIBUTING.md and the /5.0/en folder to confirm the repository’s translation process and source structure. Create the corresponding /5.0/es content while preserving the Markdown structure, numbering, and terminology. The work is done when the Spanish translation is complete and ready for a pull request targeting the v5.0.0 branch.
