Description
It will be nice to add csv file with requirements directly to source directory, not only as downladable assets. We want to have source CSV file as source for architecture by targeting it.
PS: I want to translate to czech language. I am blind and I love MD, but, in this case, CSV file will be my first source for our translation, rather tan MD files.

Start by inspecting the source directory, downloadable assets, and existing MD files mentioned in the issue to understand the requirements structure. Done means a source CSV is present in the repository and can serve as an input for architecture work and Czech translation.
