Description
Following the syntax suggested, created unique ID column as suggested to reduce unnecessary space. See:

Also added leading 0's where sections extend into more than 1 digit.
These changes allow a choice to reduce width/noise and improve sorting for those using plain tables (expediting improvements) with 1 column. May also provide for automating future tool updates.
