Description
Some LEWG members asked us to present P2642 next time as a side-by-side comparison with existing mdspan wording. This would help LEWG see, for example, why the new layout mappings have the features and wording that they do (it's for consistency with mdspan's existing features and wording).
"Present" could mean either in the paper itself, or in a slide presentation. However, the paper format will still need to respect LWG's desired paper format.

Research direction
Start by reading P2642 and the existing mdspan wording. Compare the proposed layout mappings and wording, then determine whether the comparison belongs in the paper or a slide presentation; done means providing that comparison while preserving LWG's required paper format.
