Description

The way the proposal is currently written, the constructor specifies copy semantics on the pointer for, e.g., the construction from a pointer and sizes. This means that for non-trivially-copyable pointer types, the implementation is required to do a double copy (rather than a copy and a move or a reference and a copy, for instance). This can be fixed trivially and should be.
