Add Tutorial on Solution Verification

The code should include a tutorial in the documentation which walks users through the process of solution verification on top of simple example scripts. The tutorial should present users with the results of a single simulation, present the issue with no error or uncertainty measures, and then walk users through the process of running additional simulations to generate valid error and uncertainty measures. This tutorial should be geared to beginning CFD analysts who have not conducted solution verification before.
