Description
As discussed in #65, there's a change in PETSc 3.25 that causes errors due to us treating all warnings as errors in CI. I've removed the fix for 3.25 from that pull request so that CI will pass, but we should re-apply it after changing our Spack build to use PETSc 3.25.
