Description
In the settings menu of the Zotero plugin of both Word and LibreOffice, there is the ability to tick the box "Use MEDLINE journal abbreviations". This way, the generated bibliography can use abbreviated journal entries for certain citation styles, without requiring the "Journal Abbr" field to be filled out for each Zotero item.
If this feature could be added to the configuration menu of the OnlyOffice Zotero plugin, it would be a massive help to chemists.

Research direction
Start at the OnlyOffice Zotero plugin's configuration menu and compare its available settings with the Zotero plugin settings in Word and LibreOffice. Add a "Use MEDLINE journal abbreviations" option whose enabled behavior affects generated bibliographies for supported citation styles, without requiring each Zotero item to have a "Journal Abbr" value.
