Description
Not sure if this technically feasible but putting an item here as I thought a bit more about #1708 and how we can better coordinate updates between the HADES development team and Atlas/WebAPI. It may be possible to use https://github.com/apps/dependabot to provide notifications for the various dependencies:
https://github.com/OHDSI/WebAPI/pull/1451
https://docs.github.com/en/free-pro-team@latest/github/administering-a-repository/configuration-options-for-dependency-updates
There may be other strategies to employ here but just noting it for discussion and inclusion into the repo(s) of interest.

Research direction
Start with issue #1708, the WebAPI pull request #1451, and GitHub's Dependabot configuration documentation. Determine whether Dependabot can coordinate dependency-update notifications for HADES, Atlas, and WebAPI, and identify the repositories of interest. Done means an agreed strategy and clearly defined repository configuration or follow-up work.
