Add link to CDM v5.4 specifications, 2025 Symposium, new Book of OHDSI link (when published), Epic User Web, OpenMRS (when ready), Open EMR (when ready), FHIR to OMOP (when ready),
Move Themis convention library and GitHub out of "Working groups" section.
