Description

this query uses INNER JOINS , so if a person doesn't have any qualifying event from charlson_concepts, it will be excluded from the analysis, while such a person should get CCI = 0

Research direction

Start by reading inst/sql/sql_server/CharlsonIndex.sql around line 389, focusing on the INNER JOINs and how people without qualifying Charlson events are handled. Confirm that people with no qualifying events remain in the analysis and receive CCI = 0.
