Description

I'm using FeatureExtraction::getDbCovariateData() and having the covariateSettings excludedCovariateConceptIds parameter = c(900000010). The concept is still being included in models within PLP.

Research direction

Start with FeatureExtraction::getDbCovariateData() and trace how covariateSettings$excludedCovariateConceptIds is handled for concept 900000010. Reproduce the case in which the Mental Health Substance Abuse Coverage Indicator remains included, then verify that the concept is absent from the generated covariates used by PLP.
