Description
There are expectations of the cdmDatabaseSchema, vocabDatabaseSchema, and the resultsDatabaseSchema. We need to document somewhere what these are, if they are writeable, are not writeable, etc. This would also potentially lead to dropping the COHORT and COHORT_DEFINITION tables and clearly describing that they are part of the results schema.

Research direction
Start by locating the definitions and DDLs for cdmDatabaseSchema, vocabDatabaseSchema, and resultsDatabaseSchema. Document what each schema contains and whether it is writable, then clarify whether COHORT and COHORT_DEFINITION belong to the results schema and whether dropping them is in scope.
