Description

We have an application that builds out multiple OData contexts on ~/ContextName and hosts the api for them all up and running but I wondered if there was any guidance for testing OData endpoints?

Each "Type" in each Context is hosted at ~/Context/Type with full OData CRUD functions with microservice logic handling that types specific business logic so whilst there is much in common with each endpoint I find there is also a lot that can differ with even something as simple as testing Creations.

Does anyone at Microsoft have any guidance info that might help us testing this stuff at scale as I have literally hundreds of endpoints I need to check?

I've been looking at tooling like Postman / Cypress.io but something tells me there's a smarter way to handle this than generic REST tools.
