Description
User Story
As an API designer, I need to be able to rely on my design tools whether I'm online or not. I do a lot of design work on planes. It's irritating to have to wade through lists of tools, investigating them one at a time, only to find out that a large portion of them are Web-based (or require an always-on Internet connection or "account").
Please separate the list here https://tools.openapis.org/categories/gui-editors by local vs. Web-based. Thanks!
Detailed Requirement
Divide the list into "Locally installable / offline" and "Web-only" applications.

Research direction
Open the GUI editors category at tools.openapis.org/categories/gui-editors and review each listed application’s installation and connectivity requirements. Separate entries into “Locally installable / offline” and “Web-only”; the page is done when every listed tool appears in the appropriate group.
