Research direction
Start by reviewing the Swagger 1.2 authorization-scheme definitions and RFC 5849, which the issue links as the OAuth 1.0 reference. Determine how OAuth 1.0 should fit the next specification version alongside basic authentication, API keys, and OAuth2; done means the scheme is formally specified with its required behavior and examples.
