Description
For stories such as IATA and OTA we should create case studies, stories, and ideally blueprints that clearly show how OpenAPI was part of the success, and allows other to more easily follow int eh footsteps of these organizations. As a member value, we allow members interviews (similar to Gartner's "inquiries") where they can talk to either OAI people or to somebody who was part of the case study. Scaling this could become an issue, but that's something we can address later if this concept gains traction.

Research direction
Start with this issue and review any existing outreach materials for IATA and OTA case studies. No files, tests, or entry points are named, so the scope and member-inquiry workflow need definition before implementation. Done would include agreed case studies, supporting stories or blueprints, and a clear process for member interviews.
