npc plugin:dev -wc shared.AI doesn't work

This is a little strange.
This command doesn't work as expected (command line flags in the middle). Builds ALL plugins (unexpectedly), instead of the one single plugin I wanted to build (shared.AI):
npc plugin:dev -wc shared.AI
On the other hand, this command works fine (command line flag at the end). Builds one plugin (shared.AI) as expected:
npc plugin:dev shared.AI -wc
Any ideas?
