[Finance] - Sponsors Re-vamp

Prospective sponsors tab - status (emailed, response, approved, denied)
we discussed this on zoom, I will talk with andrew more about what he wants form this feature. maybe this can be a subset of all represented sponsors
Join date / active date not required for old sponsors?
we also discussed this on the zoom. Might be worth making most fields optional
Add resource/discount sponsors (additional to monetary)
We have sponsors that don't give us money -- they give us products, resources, and/or discounts. So they don't have a dollar value. We should track what type of sponsor each is. They can have multiple types. Iff they are a monetary sponsor, we can track dollar value
Make automatic sponsor tier assignment by amount
if they are a monetary sponsor, we can automatically assign a sponsor tier.
Sponsor contact name + contact email/phone number (mailto links)
We should make sponsor contacts have a name and an email/phone number. Andrew mentioned that using mailto: and tel: links would be useful here
