Description
We need a component in the Admin Tools page under the 'Guest View' tab that will allow the user to upload an image file to set the organization's logo image too. Be sure in create hooks to the endpoints for getting and setting the organization's logo image.
Acceptance Criteria
- there is a new component on the admin tools page to set the org's logo image
- hooks for getting and setting logo image are created
