Description
We need to create an endpoint to soft delete a graph. This endpoint should be in the statistics router under the route ‘statistics/:graphId/delete’ and should take in the graph id.
Be sure to include unit tests and screenshots of postman manual tests to ensure everything is working correctly.

- a new endpoint is created in the statistics router under the route ‘statistics/:graphId/delete’ that soft deletes a graph.

Research direction
Start in the statistics router and inspect the existing GET endpoints in FinishLine for routing and response conventions. Trace how graphs are represented and soft-deleted, then add the statistics/:graphId/delete endpoint with unit tests and Postman manual-test screenshots. Done means the endpoint soft-deletes the requested graph and the tests pass.
