Description
Add an info icon to the input label of the doc template input on the finalize modal of the design review page. When you hover over the info icon a tooltip should pop up saying "Make sure the doc template is made through your northeastern google account".
You can access this modal by going to the finalize design review page on a confirmed design review and clicking the "finalize" button
