Current Features
There are two installs that happen on a users local machine: OpenOCD and usbip. They are just installed globally right now, an we dont have a command to clean wipe them
Desired Additional Features
We should isolate these installs to users' NER folder - and we should have a new command that deletes these installs

Research direction
