Using Persona and Default composer.
When "Ask as Question" is forced for a category, the topic title is no longer visible on mobile (Android - chrome 53.0.2785.124)

Another issue that affects both mobile and desktop, is that if then switching category from the composer to one that doesn't have it "forced", the "Ask as question" button remains, so it is only possible to "Ask as a question"
