Description
Problem:
Emojis are showing the undefined image beside them but only in topics, posts and the composer.
Solutions Tried:
- Reinstalled emoji plugin + rebuilt assets + rebuilt NodeBB
- Reinstalled Quill + rebuilt NodeBB
- Cleared browser cache

- URL issue is fixed

Reproduce the issue in topics, posts, and the composer using NodeBB v1.17.0 with the Apple and FA emoji packs, then inspect the emoji rendering path in this plugin. Done means those contexts no longer show an undefined-alt image while the category navigation and widgets continue to render correctly.
