Description
Given that GitHub is not flexible enough for a build reporting policy that would satisfy everyone, it would be nice to have an independent list of builds requested by specific user, with status of both the build and PR.
In that way I have a chance to notice if I wanted to check something builds fine, and it does, but I forgot to come back and merge.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by surveying how ofborg tracks requested builds and PR status, then define the independent per-user list and its merge/completion behavior; done means users can find requested builds and see both build and PR status.
