Description
I'm not sure whether there is a way to do that currently with ofborg, but it would be nice to have a command to run the build with { config.allowUnsupportedSystem = true; } or maybe even any nixpkgs config argument.
This would especially be very useful for building stuff on Darwin, as not everybody uses OSX.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating how ofborg invokes builds and supplies nixpkgs configuration, then determine how a command could pass allowUnsupportedSystem or other config arguments. Done means a build can explicitly override the platform restriction, including for Darwin, with coverage for the new command behavior.
