dorion: WebRTC is not enabled

Describe the bug

WebRTC is not enabled for Dorion, making it unable to connect to voice channels

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Dorion
2. Try to connect to a voice channel
3. Observe it is permanently stuck at the "RTC Connecting" step

Expected behaviour

Ability to connect to voice channels through an enabled WebRTC support
